Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can also pay via PayPal. Please note any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

All payments will be taken in full, from the customer’s chosen payment method, before goods are shipped. We use PayPal’s secure payment gateway and they handle the transaction on our behalf.

If an order has not arrived or has been delivered damaged or incorrect in any way Joanna Rose will need to be informed by the customer and will take the necessary action to resolve the issue in the best way it see’s fit. Joanna Rose reserves the right to alter product specifications from those stated on it’s website. For Example this may include slight variation in colour or shade of product .
