I use a combination of Hypnotherapy, to help with motivation and habit control, Meditation and Mindfulness to achieve a calm and positive mindset, NLP to coach you into resilient thinking, and natural healing methods for all programmes.

 I only teach what I have experienced  and overcome and made peace with in my own life.

I’m happy to say that all my methods are  tried and tested on myself and have worked for me – but I know there is always more to learn and always other ways – this is why I particularly enjoy group programmes. 

These programmes are interactive and we can all help each other share our methodologies and wisdom, in a kind and empathetic way. 

I love the power of community and hope to facilitate this is a positive way in all my programmes.

How it works

The Light Mind is not a philosophy; it is not a religion or even a belief; it is a series of methods and techniques aimed at changing habits to lead a more authentic, adventurous, healthy and rich life. The pillars of the Light Mind are a Calm disposition, a Positive way of thinking and a Resilient nature.

All the programmes include a 30 minute  individual session with myself either in person or remotely.
